We offer refunds based on the following criteria:

  • If the service was not delivered as promised.
  • If a technical error on our platform led to a double payment.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the initial transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items/services are not eligible for a refund:

  • Services that have already been fully consumed or completed.
  • Subscription fees after the trial period has ended (if applicable).
  • Promotional offers or discounted bundles.

3. The Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@admio.in with your transaction ID.
  • Explain the reason for your refund request in detail.
  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their service or subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Please note that cancellations do not automatically guarantee a refund for the current billing cycle unless they meet the criteria in Section 1.

5. Processing Time

Refunds typically take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account or wallet, depending on your payment provider (UPI, Net Banking, or Card).
